The same horse, a different plan for every room.

Event requests are quoted after we understand the setting. A tiny shower, a public festival, a corporate retreat, and a remembrance gathering all need different pacing, boundaries, staffing, and emotional tone.

Private celebrations

We focus on timing, photo moments, safe guest energy, children present, surfaces, weather, and whether HeartSpace creates the best flow.

Public events

We look closely at crowd size, line flow, signage, noise, route safety, shade, breaks, weather, and how guests will meet Sir Camelot.

Business events

We plan whether your guests would enjoy a gentle mini visit, guided team building, or an event appearance. Real estate open houses and client gatherings are planned with your business host.

Event pricing is tailored to duration and format.

Birthday visits begin at $375. Public event formats begin at $350 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Corporate appearances are planned around your event.
